Built for Flexibility

Our flexible model includes asynchronous coursework, adaptable scheduling, and personalized pacing, allowing student‑athletes to balance training and academics while remaining connected to and supported by your Catholic school.

How We Work with Student-Athletes

At Catholic Education Services, we understand that every student‑athlete is called to grow academically, athletically, and spiritually in ways that are as unique as God’s gifts to them. Some students required added flexbility during competitive seasons to balance training and coursework while remaining enrolled and supported by their Catholic school community.

Our model is designed to work in partnership with Catholic schools—providing flexible, high‑quality learning pathways that support athletic commitments while remaining rooted in your academic standards and faith‑based values. Students stay connected to their Catholic school community and pursue excellence both learning and competition.

Support for Students

Students can pursue their athletic dreams without interrupting their academic progress. We provide:

  • The ability to adjust workload around travel and events
  • Consistent academic support and teacher communication
  • Clear reporting and progress tracking for parents

Whether the student is preparing for elite competition or participating in regional programs, we make balancing school and sports manageable and successful.

Partnerships with Catholic Schools

We work directly with Catholic schools to align academics with the needs of their student-athletes. Our partnership offers:

  • Enrollment and structured academic planning support
  • Streamlined onboarding and coordinated communications
  • Regular progress updates

This collaborative model ensures athletes stay academically strong while participating in demanding programs and connected to their Catholic school.

Student Spotlight: Archer Daniel Jiménez Serna

Daniel Jiménez Serna is an archer who trains intensively while pursuing an American high school diploma, balancing international competitions with academic coursework. Despite spending most of his day in training, the program’s flexibility allows him to stay on track academically while competing at a high level.

His passion for archery began at a young age, and his disciplined daily routine includes multiple training sessions, conditioning, and evening study time. This combination of athletic commitment and academic dedication reflects his determination to excel in both arenas.
